SuperEko S is an alkaline phenol resin hardened with CO2.
Resin SuperEko 2000 is used to produce cores for cast iron and cast steel castings. Resin SuperEko 2000 is used as the only component of moulding sands and core sands. It is also possible to use reclaimed material in order to produce sands containing resin SuperEko 2000. Moreover, short hardening time allows to use this resin for lot production of cores. Resin SuperEko 2000 ensures good knock-out properties and very high casting surface quality. Stronger than SuperEko. Cores should not be stored longer than for 28 hours. Relatively low resin viscosity allows for use in all machine types, including ones with piston pumps.
