2. SELECTED DATA PROTECTION METHODS USED BY THE OPERATOR

  1. Places for logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently a modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  4. In order to protect data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.
  5. An important element of data protection is regular updates of all software used by the Operator for processing personal data, which particularly means regular updates of programming components.

  3. The hosting company:
    • uses measures to protect against data loss (e.g., disk arrays, regular backups),
    • uses adequate protection measures for processing locations in case of fire (e.g., special fire suppression systems),
    • uses adequate protection measures for processing systems in the event of a sudden power failure (e.g., dual power paths, generators, UPS systems),
    • uses physical security measures to access data processing locations (e.g., access control, monitoring),
    • uses measures to ensure proper environmental conditions for servers as elements of the data processing system (e.g., environmental condition control, specialized air conditioning systems),
    • uses organizational solutions to ensure the highest possible level of protection and confidentiality (training, internal regulations, password policies, etc.),
    • has appointed a Data Protection Officer.
  4. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps logs at the server level. The following may be logged:
    • resources specified by a URL identifier (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • time of request arrival,
    • time of sending the response,
    • client station name – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction execution,
    • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the transition to the Service was made through a link,
    • information about the user’s browser,
    • information about the IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the self-ordering process through the recorders on the site,
    • information related to handling e-mail directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. YOUR RIGHTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT HOW DATA IS USED

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
    • hosting company on the basis of entrustment
    • couriers
    • postal operators
    • law firms and debt collectors
    • banks
    • payment operators
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the site’s operation
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be kept longer than necessary for the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Administrator’s actions to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to operate the Service.
  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out with respect to you in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and for direct marketing by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. INFORMATION IN FORMS

  1. The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if provided.
  2. The service may save information about connection parameters (time designation, IP address).
  3. The service, in some cases, may save information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the user’s email address completing the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL address of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to carry out the service request process or business contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly indicate what it is for.

6. ADMINISTRATOR LOGS

  1. Information about user behavior in the service may be subject to logging. This data is used for the administration of the service.

7. IMPORTANT MARKETING TECHNIQUES

  1. The operator uses statistical traffic analysis on the site through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device. As part of the information about user preferences collected by Google’s advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

The operator uses remarketing techniques, which allow adjusting advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the site, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is being used to track them, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological condition for such actions is enabled cookie support.
  3. The operator uses Facebook Pixel. This technology causes the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to know that a person registered on it is using the Service. It is based on data for which it is the controller, the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to the Facebook service. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device.

8. INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

  1. The service uses cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storage on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Service User and accessing them is the operator of the Service.
